Benny Belvin II

Benny has been working as a career development professional for nearly 16 years, most of which has been here at Harvard College. Along with helping students navigate fields such as marketing, advertising, public relations, retail, and sports management, Benny coordinates large-scale alumni engagement across the office, overseeing the Professional in Residence Program and programmatic collaborations with the Harvard Alumni Association (HAA). Additionally, Benny works across the career advising team to promote affirmative engagement and outreach to pre-professional student groups to encourage greater collaboration and sharing of resources between groups. In working with employers, Benny partners with our employer relations team to developed creative ways to cultivate employer engagement on campus through education programming and recruitment activities.
Benny holds a Masters of Science in Student Affairs Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Professional Certificate in Career Planning and Development from New York University. He completed the Harvard University Administrative Fellowship Program, and is designated a Master Career Development Professional (MCDP) by the National Career Development Association.
