Gail Gilmore

Assistant Director, Arts Management, Museums, Creative Arts, Journalism, Publishing, Psychology, Social Services

Gail serves as a career adviser to students interested in working in the creative arts, publishing, journalism, arts administration, museums, psychology, and social work. In addition to her day job, she’s been known to tread the boards at various Boston theatre companies and has appeared in independent films, television commercials, and print. Prior to coming to Harvard, Gail was the Associate Director of Counseling at Boston University’s School of Management, and a lecturer in the Organizational Behavior department. She holds a BA in psychology, and an EdM and EdD in Human Development and Education. Gail volunteers for Missing Dogs Massachusetts, a nonprofit that reunites missing dogs with their people. If you can’t find her, she’s probably out in the middle of the woods checking on traps and cameras and feeding stations.
