DC IMPACTlink is a recruiting event and interview day held virtually this year, organized by Harvard, Brown, Swarthmore, University of Virginia, and Yale.

DC IMPACTlink provides juniors and seniors the opportunity to meet and interview with a select group of non-profit and public service-oriented employers. Current employer registrants for the Spotlight include the International Rescue Committee, Keybridge Communications, The Heritage Foundation, The Lewin Group, Y Analytics (TPG) and more (docx). Additional organizations are being added on a rolling basis.

This year DC IMPACTlink will include two related events:

• Employer Spotlight event on February 24th
• Interview Days on March 11th and 12th.

How to Register:

• From your Crimson Careers home page, select the “Jump To” feature on the bottom right side of your screen and select DC IMPACTlink.
• This will bring you to the DC IMPACTlink site where you can navigate just as you would search in Crimson Careers.
• You will need to fill out a few additional profile fields before searching.
• Additional positions are being added on a rolling basis for both the Spotlight and the Interviews, so please plan to check back frequently.

Employer Spotlight: Wednesday, February 24th 1-4pm

• Employers will have the opportunity to highlight their offerings to students through 30-minute group sessions or 1:1 video chats.
• Employers are offering drop-by group conversations at specific times during the event; be sure to check the system for times being offered.

Interview Day: Thursday March 11th and Friday March 12th

• Search available opportunities by navigating Crimson Careers > Jump To DC IMPACTlink > Jobs > Search
• The application and interview process will follow the timeline below:
  • February 28th: Student deadline to apply (11:59pm ET)
  • March 5th: Accepted candidates can begin interview sign up (6pm ET)
  • March 8th: Alternate candidates are able sign up for interview slots (8am ET)
  • March 9th: Deadline for interview cancellations (11:59 pm ET)
  • March 11th & 12^th: Interview Dates
