Dr. Michelle Hutchinson holds a PhD in philosophy from Oxford University, where her thesis was on global priorities research. While completing that, she did the operational set-up of the Center for Effective Altruism and then worked as the Executive Director of Giving What We Can. Her work prior to joining 80,000 Hours was on setting up the Global Priorities Institute at Oxford University."
