Mya Thompson Doelling joined The International Olympic Committee in 2019 as a Manager of Global Partnerships for the IOC's TOP program. Mya currently manages the P&G and Omega global TOP programs as well as leads the IOC's new framework for purpose-led marketing programs. Mya joined the IOC following four years as a Director at United Entertainment Group (UEG) after graduating from NYU Stern School of Business with a focus in Marketing and Strategy. While at Stern, Mya gained a wealth of experience and knowledge of the world of strategic partnership through internships with Glideslope (Olympic sponsorship consulting) Roc Nation (brand strategy) and the Barclays Center/Brooklyn Nets (marketing partnerships).
