Women in STEM 3.0 Networking & Mentoring Evening, Sponsored by Akamai

Tuesday, November 13, 2018, 3:30pm to 9:00pm

Museum of Science, 1 Science Park Boston, MA 02114

"As a part of the Museum’s Women and Girls in STEM Month, we will host a panel discussion featuring women leaders in STEM to explore the traditional, unexpected, and outrageous ways they have utilized their STEM passions. From there, attend one of our targeted breakout sessions, where you will hear from professionals (or share your insight) on topics such as negotiating salary and finding the right company culture for you. This will finally be followed by a networking reception focused on providing real-world, tactical skills to students who are aspiring STEM professionals.

You have been selected to participate in a unique professional development and mentoring opportunity for undergraduate women studying STEM in the Greater Boston area. The event will take place at the Museum of Science on Tuesday, November 13th from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (registration opens at 3:30 p.m.). Unfortunately, we have limited space and cannot accommodate additional guests unless they have been pre-registered through their college or university.

Before the event officially kicks off, you are also invited to join us for our first annual Career Fair, featuring many of the museum's corporate partners. Learn about career opportunities and valuable corporate offerings.
