Advising and Events

To speak with an OCS premedical/pre-health adviser during the course registration period, you can book a 10 minute start-of-term office hour appointment. They will be held from August 16th through August 26th and can be booked the day before starting at 5pm ET. See Crimson Careers for details.

To speak with an OCS premedical/pre-health adviser, you can book a 10-minute slot during our Premedical/Pre-Health Virtual Drop-Ins which are held Wednesdays 2-3pm and Thursdays from 3-4pm ET starting on September 1st. For drop-ins, log into the queue (password: ocs1). For issues that require a longer conversation, 30-minute appointments with the OCS premedical/pre-health advisers can be scheduled in Crimson Careers. Premedical and health careers events include workshops on the medical and other health professions school application process, medical school and graduate school visits, Pre-Health 101, the Gaining Traction in Pre-Health series for first-years and sophomores, alumni panels, and more. The Houses also frequently organize programs and panels with healthcare professionals open to students and alumni from all Houses or the Dudley Community. Consult the premedical/pre-health calendar (below) for the current schedule. Due to specific funding regulations arranged through Harvard College, OCS cannot offer HES students premedical advising.
