Betsy Prezioso

Hey everyone! My name is Betsy and I am a senior in Leverett House, concentrating in Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology, with a secondary in Folklore and Mythology. I am originally from Solebury, PA, about an hour northeast of Philadelphia. In addition to being a PAF and Pre-Health Peer Liaison, I conduct research at MGH, investigating the role of Müllerian Inhibiting Substance on patient-derived ovarian cancer cell lines. I am also currently writing my senior thesis. I have previously been involved in Partners in Health Engage, Harvard Premedical Society’s Physician Mentorship Program, and the Leverett House Committee. I plan on pursuing a career as a clinician-scientist and will take two gap years before medical school to focus on my lab’s research. I look forward to meeting you! Feel free to reach out with any questions, especially regarding lab research.
