Caroline joined the Office of Career Services in fall 2019 as the Assistant Director of Graduate Career Services, advising GSAS students interested in pursuing non-academic career opportunities. Prior to her role, Caroline served as the Director for Career and Academic Development at Fisher College in Boston and previously worked as the Acting Director of Student Services for GSAS, seeing firsthand the many unique and complex challenges graduate students navigate throughout their professional journeys. Caroline completed her undergraduate degree in English and Sociology from Providence College, and holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Boston University. Caroline is also an adjunct instructor at Fisher College teaching Preparation for Life & Career to undergraduates. In her spare time, Caroline serves on the Board of Directors for the Boston Police Foundation and the Advisory Board for the National Society for Leadership & Success. She is an avid fan of the New York Yankees, and loves spending time with family, friends, and her dogs, Dudley and Buck.
