Linda Chin believes that higher education and the arts transforms lives and builds healthier communities, and is delighted to be advising Harvard students and new alumni in the areas of arts management, creative and performing arts, galleries, journalism, museums and publishing. Before joining the OCS team, she was the Producing Artistic Director of Boston’s Wheelock Family Theatre, a professional Equity theater attended by over 40,000 audience members and 2,000 theater education students annually. She brings knowledge and experience in arts administration, audience engagement, auditions and casting, career coaching for actors, and intergenerational theater, and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and access. Linda continues to be involved in the community/industry as a Board member of StageSource, an arts reporter for Sampan NE, and theater reviewer for Theater Mirror, and an occasional producer/director/writer of plays, songs, and films.  A graduate of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Linda’s career has included positions in non-profit and health care leadership and consulting. A graduate of Yale College, Linda is an At-Large Delegate of the Association of Yale Alumni and remains active in 1st GenYale. Linda is also a member of Harvardwood and is involved in the Harvard Asian American Alumni Association, specifically as a judge/coach for the Harvard 4A VOICES Storytelling Slam.
