Loredana advises students and recent alumni interested in careers focused on international development, international relations, global health, human rights, education, psychology, and social work. In this role, she creates related career education programs, oftentimes collaborating with other Harvard offices, student groups, and alumni. Loredana also develops partnerships with key employers and graduate programs. Prior to joining Harvard Loredana worked in various roles including International Sales and Marketing Manager and Training and Development Manager for Abbott Laboratories. She graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Communications and French and speaks several languages.
Loredana loves to travel and finds opportunities to interact with people from different cultures. As a strategy team member, she ensures the smooth operation of an English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Program in Lexington, serving approximately 40 students per semester. She also plans ESOL dinner events for 50-80 people and oversees the volunteer staff. Loredana enjoys helping those in need, including refugees who immigrate to the New England area as they acculturate to the US.
